Trail Projects

Here are the new trail project dates for the coming year:

Lower Hermosa Campground cleanup 5/4
Lower Elbert Creek 6/1
Devil Mountain/ Monument Park 6/15
Upper Dutch Upper Elbert Creek 7/13
Colorado Trail 7/20
Pine/Piedra 8/10
Chris Park 8/24

After much discussion at the Trails Planning Meeting we decided to adopt the Chris Park trails. These present a unique opportunity to attract participation from our members that don't ride horses. The trails are easily accessible with road access near all parts of the trails and easy hiking.
